Fall Wall Decor, “God Bless America” Americana Wall Decor
Yes, it arrived in the mail via USPS just a few days ago, a first for me. This poster, God Bless America, part of my Americana Poster Collection, is printed on metal. It is a formidable presentation as I suspected it would be. I have been experimenting with metal prints in recent years, and this is one more. The size of this metal print is 24″ x 18″, and it comes very well packaged and presented, as would be the case if you were to order anything remotely similar from George Delany Art.

As you see below, the mounting structure is also metal. The print comes read to hang. Quality materials all the way. A very unusual addition to any collection of Americana Art.

Below you see the full image as the Americana Poster is lifted from the vendor’s package. Yes, I have to get accustomed to this metal print. The weight is substantial, the poster itself has a certain simple presence about it consistent with all the images in this Who We Are collection I first designed in response to the events of 9.11.01. The Collection is included in the Library of Congress‘ permanent collection.

Check out two unusual features on my art site: The first– WALL Preview, a capability that visualizes your art selection in your specifications as seen in different settings; living room, bedroom, sitting room, conference room, these sorts of things, as referenced, above.
Secondly, the Live Augmented Reality feature that allows you to see your chosen art work on YOUR wall…in your setting. Pretty exciting stuff.
Check out the several categories of original art and prints on my site; Instagram pix, photos, paintings, illustrations, limited editions, original painted works and Americana posters.
This is my “business advice,” for the week– Don’t you feel the need to stretch? After awhile you know how to do the things you do…so how to grow, to keep life interesting, to meet new challenges? Stretch. A good stretch is important. What is the verse? Stretch, just beyond your reach, something like this. In this instance, I took a little bit of a chance and applied my design imagery to a material I have not seen in the same way, before. And I like the result. I will be testing other images using this same medium in the immediate future. So take today….and see if a good stretch, just beyond your reach, makes any sense at all.
