Spring Art Prints “Two Surfers Near Naples“
When family members head to the beach, I pay attention. Such was the case, yesterday. So I am prompted to offer this print in honor of the change of season, currently well under way in 90 degree heat! “Two Surfers Near Naples,” is presented based on a small acrylic study on tempered masonite. This is one of series completed back in this time frame, and remains one of my favorites…of the beach. One woman purchased this print to give to her best friend on the occasion of her marriage. Nice.
By comparison, you see below the same image in the context of “bedroom art.” I find this association comforting, a nice cue to a night full of action-packed dreams? Remember, don’t hang these high-quality digital prints in bright light, particularly, direct sun. Diminished light will add years to your print.

My “business advice,” for the day: We have been thru a long slog this past year. Just the warm weather, the sun, the garden, birds and bees, and now the ocean opening up… is a daily pleasure. What do we do to find such pleasures in our work life? Our professional life? Professionals say, “American people no longer wish to work, we’d rather get paid off by our own government…than work,” words to this effect. I don’t necessarily agree. There are those who work hard and passionately , diligently, with a similar exuberance for daily business life as for the change in season from Spring to Summer. Don’t agree? Ok, then! We hold different views. I would urge you to find in your work…such a similar exuberance if it seems to be missing in your “work-life-balance.”
